With the rise of cell phones, tablets, and access to handheld cameras, the purity of wedding ceremonies are becoming tainted with views of guests holding up their device.
Asking guests at the ceremony not to use their devices until the reception can seem harsh, but it reaps great results.
While this is not required, it is highly recommended! Our clients have shared with us that the decision to keep their ceremony sacred, kept their images free of distractions and displayed the true beauty of that time together.
Typically, our brides and grooms have asked the minister/officiant to announce before the ceremony for all devices to be used during the reception and not during the ceremony.
We want your guests to take pictures with you during the reception! however, the images from your ceremony should be focused on the two of you!
DISPLAY THE BEAUTY OF THE LOCATION.
PLACE THE FOCUS BACK ON THE COUPLE.
Are you ready to make the fabulous decision of having an unplugged wedding ceremony? We hope you are!
